It seems that I could not get enough of salsa this weekend because I made more today. This time it was more a traditional Mexican-style with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, serrano and chipotle peppers. It takes hardly any time to prepare. Just chop all ingredients to desired size and mix together in a large bowl. Let sit and marinate for a few about 5 minutes so that all the flavors can combine. Add chunks of avocado for an added texture. It made for a lovely, fresh and tasty afternoon snack!

Red Mexican Salsa
1 -2 large very ripe heirloom tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup of chopped cilantro
Juice of two limes
1 finely chopped serrano pepper
1 finely chopped chipotle pepper
salt
