When you are looking for something healthy and quick, this is a nice dish to make. I like to eat it with grilled chicken and buttery rice pilaf.
1 bunch of fresh green beans
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1. In a medium pan toast the cashews and set aside to cook
2. In the same pan, heat oil and begin cooking the French green beans until tender, but not soggy.
3. Add back in cashews and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Toss in pan until everything is well coated.
